I have been busy getting everything ready for my daughter’s baby shower which is September 22nd! The theme for the shower is “baby buggy’s.” I happened to find instructions for this adorable baby buggy by Tammy Maxvill on pinterest. These will make adorable table decorations for the shower. Each buggy will have pre-packed buttermints in them that say “It’s a boy!”
Instructions for making the buggy:
- Cut out a 4 x 5 piece of bashful blue cardstock and score it on all four sides at 1″
- Choose some type of designer paper for the inside of the buggy. Cut it at 3 15/16 x 4 15/16 and score it on all four sides at 1″
- The buggy hood is made from a large scallop big shot die. I used bashful blue cardstock, cut out the scalloped circle on the big shot and then cut the circle in half. I then embossed it with the polka dot embossing folder
- The wheels are made using the 1 3/8″ and 1 1/4″ scalloped circle punches
- I embellished the wheels and the buggy cover with a variety of different brads that I had on hand
