This was a fun little card to put together as I was able to use up a few scraps.  The designer series paper and brads are from the Sweet Shop product suite in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I used lucky limeade cardstock and embossed it with the tulip embossing folder. The sweet shop designer series paper is mounted on bashful blue card stock.  I embossed a small piece of very vanilla card stock with the designer frame then topped it off with a cupcake I cut out of scrap materials. The glittery top to the cupcake came from a few dabs of Dazzling Details.
