Watercolor Embossed Images

Hello Stampin’ Friends! Today I have a quick and simple watercoloring technique to share. This particular technique was inspired by the April 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit!  It involves watercoloring over embossed images. You can use specialty paper, like the Irresistibly Yours Designer Series Paper, or simply stamp and emboss your own images! So many possibilities! Simple Fun Fold Card Idea

Hello Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have a fun fold card idea to share with all of you that’s…well…FUN!  Fun folds should be fun, right?  This one is super simple and easy to create!  I love making fun fold cards!  There are all different kinds…some have a lot of steps and some are pretty simple!  The one I am sharing today packs a bit of a WOW but is very quick and easy to put together.  Watch the video tutorial and see for yourself 🙂 Enjoy!




Envelope Punch Board Baskets

Hello Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have an adorable Easter Basket idea to share!  Now I have made all types of Easter Baskets from cardstock and designer paper but none have been as fun as these!

Not only were they fun to make, they were super simple as well!  These baskets were created with the envelope punch board!  I found this fabulous idea all over Pinterest and just had to make some for myself! Now you can stamp a design on the cardstock, decorate them with pretty patterned papers or just leave them plain! How you decorate them is up to you!

Quick & Simple Treat Holder Idea

Hello Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have a quick and simple treat holder idea for you!  The envelope punch board is highly recommended for this particular project because that’s what makes it so quick and simple!  I designed these little treat holders as a gift for all of my Christmas Club members. They make fun little gifts for family, friends, colleagues…I mean who doesn’t love getting an adorable little gift especially when chocolate is involved?! Plus, you can really create these for any occasion…simple change out the patterned paper and decorations!

Good Morning Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have a video tutorial to share with all of you!  Father’s Day is right around the corner so I thought I would share a quick and simple masculine card idea.  This card is perfect for Father’s Day or any other occasion! It is based on the Drapery Fold or Curtain Fold technique that I shared with you a few weeks back, only this time we are using the fold to create a collar for a button up shirt!

One Sheet Wonder Vignette

Hello Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have some quick and simple card ideas to share with all of you. It’s called the One Sheet Wonder technique! You will learn how to make 7 cards from one 12 x 12 sheet of patterned paper!  And…the best part is you will use the entire 12 x 12 sheet of paper…no scraps!  This is one of my favorite ways to make cards especially when I need them in a hurry!

There are many different ways to cut up a 12 x 12 piece of patterned paper but this is the quickest and easiest! You can use any stamp set, any patterned papers and add any embellishments you like!  Simply grab a piece of your favorite patterned paper and watch the tutorial for all of the measurements. Enjoy!

Drapery Fold Tutorial

Good Morning!  You may recall this project idea that I shared with you at the beginning of the month http://stamptasticdesigns.com/2016/05/02/drapery-fold-technique/  It involved a fun fold technique called the Drapery fold and the beautiful butterfly image from the Watercolor Wings stamp set.

Well today I have a video tutorial for all of you. The tutorial provides step-by-step instructions on how to re-create this fun fold card! Now I used some of the fun patterns from the Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper Pack but you can re-create these cards with any of the patterned papers that you prefer!  The possibilities are endless!
