MDS ~ Hoppy Day

Today I realized that I haven’t posted any MDS spreads in awhile!  Well, since my grandson had his first zoo experience this past weekend, I thought I would take the opportunity to put together a few digital scrapbook pages.

Now I probably shouldn’t say I “put together” these pages because they are MDS templates!  I did put the pictures in them though 🙂

If you haven’t tried My Digital Studio (MDS) yet, you are missing out on the easiest way to scrapbook your favorite memories!  You can literally drag and drop your photos into templates or design your own spreads! You can trial this program for FREE!  Check it out at

MDS ~ Scrapbook Page

I just had to put together another scrapbook page of my grandson!  He is exactly 7 months old today…and, apparently, he pulled himself up to a standing position all by himself!  Wahoo!! So exciting to see him grow! I love being a grandma!  This is my first grandchild so I am definitely spoiling him! 🙂

I created this adorable page with one of the designer templates in My Digital Studio!  The designer templates are awesome because you can just drop your pictures right into them…they are already designed for you!  And…you can also modify any designer template which I happened to do in this case.  I added some text, changed some of the colors and added a few stamps!  Love it!

This & That Scrapbook Page ~ MDS

Isn’t he just the cutest!  Haha…of course that’s what every grandma would say about their little grandson, right?!? 🙂  I love this little man!!  I snapped these pics when he first learned that he had feet! He is now 5 months old and popped his first tooth (so you know I will be scrapbooking that too…as soon as I can get a pic of it). It is so easy to scrapbook his pictures in My Digital Studio (MDS)! I started out with a template from MDS and then modified it with the “This & That” digital content.  I really like the colors, embellishments and paper in the new “This & That” product suite!  You can view this awesome product line and digital content here. It took me about 15-20 minutes to put this page together!  Awesome!

MDS ~ Spring in Wisconsin

My daughter posted a picture of her son all bundled up and fast asleep after a stroll through the neighborhood today!  Once I saw it, I just had to put together a scrapbook page in My Digital Studio! The temperature in Wisconsin today reached over 60 degrees which was amazing since it has been rainy and in the 30’s for several weeks.

I decided to use one of the Sunny Day templates in MDS to put this little spread together.  I just love the MDS templates ….just click and drag your photos into them and you are done!  This template happens to be a greeting card template that I turned into a scrapbook page.  🙂  Have you checked out MDS yet? My Digital Studio ~ MDS

As you have probably noticed…I have been playing around a lot more with my MDS program! I have discovered so many different things that can be done with the program and it just fascinates me!  This particular MDS pic was designed as the timeline photo for my Stamptastic Designs facebook page!!  Do the flowers and leaves look familiar?  They are from the Bloomin’ Marvelous stamp set which was a freebie in this year’s Sale-a-bration catalog. One of the best features of MDS is the ability to re-color your stamps.  Simply drag the stamp onto your design, double click on it and it will open the painter palette.choose your color and paint away!  You can also grab the corner of the stamps and turn them any direction you like!  Notice how the leaves are turned in different directions.

I also used digital content from the Sunshine & Sprinkles collection.  This particular collection of products is showcased in the Spring catalog.  I simply clicked on the Sunshine & Sprinkles embellishments…found the adorable umbrella and rainbow ones…then dragged and dropped them onto my project! It’s that simple!

If you haven’t tried My Digital Studio yet, I highly encourage you to download the trial version as its FREE for 30 days. Simply follow this link for a 30-day free trial  You can also go to and view the tutorials to help you get started.

MDS ~ Our Anniversary in Maui

Just returned from beautiful Maui today! My husband and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows ceremony. Such an amazing experience! Of course I had to put together an MDS page to share one of my favorite pics!
This page was created with the Twitterpated template.  I made a few modifications to the template such as color changes, the picture format and added a few embellishments.

MDS Rock-a-bye baby

I just can’t get enough of this handsome little man!  My grandson was born November 19, 2012 and gosh is he growing sooooo fast!  My digital studio has been such an awesome program for me to capture all of the memories.  This template is called Rock-a-bye baby.  The great thing about templates is that you can drag and drop the pics right into them….all of the decorating is done for you!  For this setting, I modified the template slightly by adding the sail boat and star. Such a great way to scrapbook!

MDS Merry Christmas

I used a template from My Digital Studio to create this Christmas greeting!  Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from my family to yours 🙂
