Baby Bear

Good Morning Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have an adorable little project to share which showcases the new Baby Bear stamp set!  This is one of those stamp sets that involves a 2-step or 3-step stamping process. Basically, you overlay images on top of one another during the stamping process to achieve a fabulous 3-D look. I really love these types of stamps because it adds so much depth to the stamped images.  And this little Baby Bear is so adorable, hey?

To make this card, start with a piece of blushing bride cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 3 x 4 inch piece of one of the Tip Top Taupe patterns from the 2015-2017 Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. Adhere the DSP to the upper left hand side of the blushing bride card base. Cut a 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inch piece of whisper white cardstock. On the white cardstock, stamp the solid image of the baby bear using blushing bride ink. Grab the baby bear image labeled #1 and stamp it over the blushing bride image using Tip Top Taupe ink. Grab image #2, ink it up with Tip Top Taupe, and stamp it on top of bear. Each image that you stamp provide a few more details on the bear.  It is a super fun little stamp set to play with!  Use the Tip Top Taupe ink to stamp some of the fun sentiments on a piece of blushing bride cardstock. Then simply cut out the sentiments, by hand, and secure them to your card front as shown. For the finishing touch, stamp out a little bow using blushing bride and tip top taupe in, cut out the image by hand and adhere it to the little baby bear  with a dimensional! Enjoy!
