Secret Garden ~ Swap

Here is an adorable little fancy fold card I received at the 2013 Stampin’ Up! convention designed by Sharon Tong-Robinson.  I am always on the lookout for fancy fold cards as they tend to WOW the card recipient!

To make this card, start with an 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch piece of pear pizazz card stock. Score the 8 1/2 inch side at 3 inches and emboss the 3 x 4 1/4 inch flap with your favorite embossing folder…in this case, we used the polka dots. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of whisper white cardstock for the inside of the card.  Randomly stamp the secret garden images along the right side of the cardstock. For this card, we used pear pizazz and calypso coral inks. The hello sentiment is stamped on one of the apothecary framelits. For a bit more pizazz, Sharon added one of the flowers from the Flower Shop stamp set but you could certainly use all of the flowers in the Secret Garden set to embellish your card.  Remember, the secret garden stamp set comes with coordinating framelits so you don’t have to cut the images out by hand.

Great card design!  Thanks for sharing with us Sharon!
