Joyful Tidings

Are you enjoying the new Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog?!? I know I am! 🙂  Here is another project that I put together for a private class that I held for the women’s guild.  It turned out so cute and it’s very simple!  I am really liking “simple” lately!

To make this card, start out with a piece of whisper white cardstock for the base of the card.  Cut a piece of designer series paper 5 1/2 x 3 inches and secure it to the middle section of your card…in this case I used the new Seasons of Style DSP.  Line up the needlepoint embossing folder, just above the piece of designer paper and run it through the big shot.  Then do the same thing directly underneath the designer paper. The cute little tag is one of the Pretty Presents Designer Tags.  I simply stamped the Joyful Tidings image on the tag and adhered it to the card with a few dimensionals.

Did you notice the adorable little old olive bow and clip?  I know that many of you are excited as I was to find that these little bows are already made up for you…you simply clip them onto your projects!!  How cool is that?!?!  They are called Old Olive Simply Styled Embellishments!  Love them!  Then…last but not least….I added a few candy dots to the left side of the card!  Simple and fun!  Enjoy!
