Vintage ~ Soda Pop Top

I am completely hooked on those little soda pop tops found in the Stampin’ Up! spring catalog.  Last week I shared a cool masculine card in which I used the smaller soda pop top as an embellishment for a man’s watch.  This week I focused on a more feminine card…vintage of course…that uses a flattened soda pop top!

This card uses a variety of vintage style products:  paper doilies, very vanilla seam binding ribbon, some torn first edition designer paper and a little vintage pin embellishment. I also wanted to use some different color combos so I played around with primrose petals, basic gray and sahara sand.  One of the day dream medallion stamps surrounds the “blessing” sentiment.  The primrose petals satin ribbon gives the card just the right amount of color.  This card was a hit with the ladies at my last class!
